When I joined Sazy, the ecommerce business had no automated lifecycle email flows in place. This meant key revenue and retention opportunities were being missed across the customer journey. I led the strategy and implementation of a full lifecycle email system designed to increase conversion, recover lost revenue, and improve post-purchase experience.

- Audited the existing customer journey and identified lifecycle gaps
- Designed the full automation strategy from scratch
- Built and launched all flows within the email platform
- Developed messaging, subject lines, and conversion-focused copy
- Structured post-purchase communications to align with brand tone and CX
